Request for Proposal (RFP) – Office Improvements

MRPCN is an organization which provides primary care services through family physicians to patients within the Mayerthorpe, Whitecourt, Edson and Fox Creek area.

The selected vendor will provide renovations to 505 – 50 Street in Edson, Alberta in which the providers will provide health care services. The renovations will include:

• painting the entire interior of the building, including doors and trim
• removal of 2 interior office doors between offices, frame in, dry wall and sound proof insulation
• supply and installation of a kitchen counter and sink
• supply and installation of eleven locking door knobs for interior offices
• installation of LED ceiling lights (provided by MRPCN) to replace all florescent lights

Interested firms must demonstrate their qualifications by providing the following information:

1. Scope of services offered.
2. References from clients with similar requirements.
3. Cost proposal, including a breakdown of fees and estimated expenses.

Interested firms should submit their proposals by April 30, 2024, Late submissions will not be considered. Proposals should be sent to Shelley Dickson (shelleyd@mrpcn.ca).

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Experience and qualifications
2. Time line of completion
3. Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
4. References from previous clients.
