Purpose: To prevent, postpone or manage the onset of chronic disease through exercise and education.

EXERCISE PORTION INCLUDES:
– Balance
– Endurance
– Strengthening Exercises
– Stretching

Who can participate:

Anyone living with or at risk of developing a chronic condition for example:
– diabetes
– high blood pressure
– heart disease
– COPD
– cancer
– heart attack/stroke
– MS
– arthritis
– fibromyalgia
– depression/anxiety
– obesity

Why participate:
Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight and improve your sleep habits and self-esteem.
